Ryan D. Stearns, AIA Associate , LEED AP


Project Manager , Designer and Construction Administration

Education/Professional: Vocational Degree in Architecture Mid Plains Community College LEED Accredited Professional

Ryan is responsible for all phases of construction documents including working drawings, architectural specification writing, shop drawing reviews, and construction administration. His experience includes schools, municipal projects, commercial designs, churches, community centers, and housing.  He has a working background with HUD funded projects as well as for CDBG, and Weatherization Programs. Ryan has been certified as a LEED Accredited Professional.

Ryan’s experience includes facility audit assessments and life cycle cost analysis. His most recent experience includes work with the new Gering Lincoln Elementary School, which is Leed Certified, along with Ponca Public Schools, Schuyler Schools, and Bridgeport Schools.

Hewgley and Associates, Mr. Hewgley has over 30 years of experience in the design and construction industry. Joseph’s professional architectural design experience includes educational facilities, churches, clinics, state, local, and federal government facilities, public and private housing, commercial design, and financial institutions.

Joe takes a very aggressive, hands on approach to each and every project. From initial client contact and interview, through the working drawings, construction administration and the final acceptance by the owner. Joe works closely and acts as the coordinator for the JRH staff and his consultants. He is also an experienced liaison between the owner and contractor to see that each and every project proceeds as smoothly as possible.
